Search Manchester are working with a very well established client based within the Stoke area who are looking for a Personal Assistant on a temporary bases with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
This roles is suitable for someone who has strong admin and administrative skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.
Typical Duties Include:
* Management of the Service Director's diary and itinerary, ensuring the Service Director's attendance at key internal/external meetings.
* First point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Organise meetings and events, including booking of rooms/venues.
* Distribute written and electronic mail
* Writing correspondence and reports
* Preparing project plans and written reports
* Maintain office systems, data collection, and management processes. This will include being able to locate key information and files promptly when required.
* Organise the approval of timesheets, overtime and expense claims for senior staff.
* Be the point of contact for the organisation of reception, hospitality, and promotional events for VIP's and visitors.
Skills:
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Numeracy and data entry skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Accurate typing and shorthand skills
* Excellent time management skills
