My health conditions are complex and include Cerebral palsy, Asthma, Sleep Apnea, Dysphagia, Epilepsy and others and as such I would prefer someone experienced; however full training will be provided.
I am looking for an experienced Team Leader who will support me and my team of cares for 20 hours a week, however there are additional hours which are available to cover as well. Job role include but is not limited to undertaking the rota, ensuring all hours are covered, managing holidays, supporting with sickness cover, completing supervisions, arranging staff to accompany me for the hospital appointments, addressing issues on the ground. Team leader will also work with my client relation manager to ensure all training is completed and supporting her with reviews.
