Applause IT are working with an innovative Travel and SaaS technology brand to find their next Brand Marketing Manager. They like to deliver nothing short of brilliant marketing and communications across inhouse brands and for epic brand partners too. The Role:
We are looking for a talented Brand and Marketing Manager to lead a small but mighty marketing team of three.

The new Brand and Marketing Manager will lead the strategy across a variety of brands - Travel and SaaS tech product based.
Tasks and responsibilities include
- Leading our employer brand strategy (both external and internal) in line with business objectives and in conjunction with other internal stakeholders.
- Leading on our marketing strategy (with the support of your line manager) across our Travel and SaaS product brands.
- Managing the day-to-day implementation of campaigns and communications with the support of a small team.
- Supporting the team at a tactical level regarding content creation for blogs, e-shots, web pages, social media.
- Creating well-rounded creative briefs for the team - encompassing both large, ambitious projects and smaller day-to-day activity across a range of mediums including video and animation
- Providing concise, timely and constructive feedback to the team.
- Leading on the creation of customer marketing communications that span across several brands.
- Creating complete marketing reports for Head of Department and SLT in relation to marketing performance and strategic ROI.
- Spearhead the launch of Lead Generation/Demand Generation campaigns via HubSpot - in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
- Creation of automated workflows in HubSpot (will consider training from similar email automation tools).
- Line Management responsibility for one Snr Marketing Executive and one Lead Graphic Designer.

- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Well-rounded experience in marketing software (we use HubSpot).
- At least some experience in paid media and SEO.
- Have a keen interest in marketing and demonstrable commitment to continual professional development.
- Strong copy writing and proofreading skills.
