Are you a Marketing Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role where you will take the lead on national projects while managing your own team within a growing company offering tailored career development and hybrid working?

This company specialise mainly in the construction industry, selling and hiring out purpose built barriers, fencing and hoarding for traffic management and security, working with a range of blue-chip companies Nationally. Since their establishment in 2009, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to for a Marketing Manager to drive the business forward.

In this autonomous role you will be coordinating and driving content creation, website management, SEO optimisation, and team management as well as liaising with the directors and suppliers to ensure alignment and effectiveness in content creation. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the construction market through blog posts and social media aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. You will work Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week with Hybrid working on offer for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Drive Content Creation, Website Management, and SEO Optimisation

The Person:

• Marketing Manager or similar
• Relevant Bachelors or Higher Diploma in Marketing, or related field
• Commutable to Worthing
