Position: Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) - 12-month FTC
Team: Marketing, Advania UK
Location: Hybrid (Remote with 1 day/week in London office or Manchester Office)

Position Overview:
Are you a B2B commercially driven marketing professional seeking to make your mark? At Advania UK, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and proactive Marketing Manager - Demand Generation, to join us on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
As a key member of the Advania marketing team, you will play a critically important role in ensuring that our demand marketing becomes best in class, and that you support all our marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our target audiences and markets, generating pipeline and revenue opportunities for our commercial teams.
This is a pivotal role focussed on growth, with the opportunity to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Demand Generation efforts align with sales and business growth objectives including supporting: commercial revenue growth, overall pipeline growth and marketing generated, and marketing influenced revenue.
Responsibilities:
Planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on attracting and engaging new business prospects, nurturing leads, and optimising conversion pathways.
Building and executing integrated multi-channel programs and campaigns that helps drive new incremental revenue growth opportunities from our existing customer base.
Working closely with the marketing and sales leaders, use your data driven and collaborative mindset to develop and execute innovative and effective inbound and outbound marketing strategies and plans to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Work closely with other marketing teams and resources (e.g. digital, content, creative) to ensure the alignment of all Demand Generation activities including ownership of campaign calendars.
Ensure Business Development Executive (BDE) team alignment for all demand campaigns (inbound and outbound) including lead management.
Establish, maintain, and optimise scalable processes that ensure best practices in DG campaigns and lead management including tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates throughout the pipeline. Work with the marketing operations team as needed.
Design and implement initiatives to increase the quality of all leads.
Analysis: define activity success metrics and own the performance analysis of Demand Generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimisation, and analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet targets
Agency and supplier management
MarTech tools and systems - ensure full utilisation of the company's tech stack to support Demand Generation activities.
Management reporting - deliver regular metric driven reports to all stakeholders including performance recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven B2B marketer experience in Demand Generation ideally from IT Services/IT consultancy, or Software/SaaS/Technology companies.
Have a strong understanding of Demand Generation programs and a proven track record of owning campaigns, generating high quality leads, and driving pipeline growth.
Demonstrated experience of creating and executing successful B2B Demand Generation campaigns (multi-channel inbound and outbound across the full channel mix)
Exposure to working closely with sales leaders, sales teams, and BDEs to drive leads is a must (direct and indirect channels)
Experience in developing and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies including segmentation, targeting and personalised communication.
Strong business awareness and commercial mindset
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a keen focus on metrics, measurement & optimisation.
Knowledge and hands on experience working with HubSpot, or equivalent CRM experience and comfortable leveraging applicable martech systems and tools as needed.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines and priorities
Experience working cross functionally with various teams to drive campaigns end to end.
