SalaryBela Recruitment is hiring a Head of Marketing, which can be based from Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland OR Dublin, County Leinster, Ireland.

Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of strategic growth, leading all marketing activities and initiatives. You will shape all marketing functions, drive brand awareness, and contribute significantly to the company’s future success.
Responsibilities include.
· Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company’s overall goals.
· Team Management – Manage an NI & ROI marketing team, to ensure high-performing marketing activity aligned with company goals.
· Market Research – Research target market, ensuring a calendar of targeted marketing activity using the correct platform or medium and data capture.
· Brand Development – Drive brand awareness and market share, supporting sales staff with consistent and compelling brand message.
· Digital Marketing – Manage Websites, external agencies, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Advertising, Email Campaigns and Leverage technology to enhance all marketing.
· Budget Management – Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment across all spend. Implement cost-effective marketing strategies without compromising quality.
· Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Use existing database to maximise communication with customers in a targeted approach.
· Manage - Partnerships and Collaborations, PR, Events, Reporting and Recruitment of Marketing Team.
Requirements
· Ideally degree educated in Marketing or related subject.
· Min 3-5 years of managing a marketing team, including strategic planning, people management & development and budget management.
· Proven ability to work across all marketing functions, traditional and digital, and experience working with external agencies to ensure value for money and accountability on success.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to demonstrate prior success at increasing market share and brand awareness in both B2B and B2C markets.
· Willingness to travel between Newry & Dublin sites when required to meet with key stakeholders and plan for all marketing activities.
· Proven ability to keep abreast of changes in digital marketing & technology.
Rewards
Super competitive salary, potentially between £60,000 - £80,000+ (or Euro equivalent for ROI job seeker)– very open to applicants from all levels in either Pounds or Euro, get in touch to discuss.
