My client is an award winning, trail blazer producer of goods within their industry with a focus on regenerative methods.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who’s not afraid to think outside of the box to join their team based. The purpose of the role is to head up the marketing function across all of the areas of business including brand and consumer experience.
This is a full time permanent position with a salary of up to £55,000 depending on background and experience. In addition to this, there is a car allowance, private medical cover, pension and holiday allowance. Please note that this role is predominately remote but with regular travel to sites all over the UK including Cumbria, West Wales or as far as Scotland.
The role:
- Head up marketing activities across all areas of business. To include B2B and B2C marketing activities.
- To drive and lead the marketing activities for the business with a focus on regenerative methods, brand and consumer experience and end consumer focus
- Engage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Manage budgets effectively including overhead costs
- Manage performance analysis, reporting whilst encouraging continuous improvement
The candidate:
- Someone who is passionate
- Someone who is not afraid by a ‘disrupter’ tone of voice
- Adaptable personality who can switch between brands
- Experience with PR Projects
- Trade and consumer brand experience and awareness
- Someone who is looking to grow with the business and looks for continual improvement
- Excellent team player who can communicate effectively across all levels
