Marketing Manager

Location:  Bristol - Hybrid working

Salary:  £35K - £45K

Excellent opportunity to join a growing technology & manufacturing scale-up business in the Oil & Gas & Engineering sector. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work with the sales team in the Bristol office and lead on all marketing activities. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for creating dynamic marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in line with company objectives

· Working closely with the marketing teams in our partner companies to deliver collaborative marketing activities

· Working with the rest of the sales team to align marketing activities with key customers and undertake customer research

· Gathering market intelligence and providing actionable insights on market, competitors

· Ownership of brand and corporate identity, including creation and publication of all marketing material for internal and external stakeholders

· Content development - working with the team to create new and regular content, press releases, blog posts, awards entries and website content

· Overseeing website upgrade, manage external web designer.

· Responsibility for SEO, ongoing analysis and performance reporting.

· Responsibility for Social Media channels and content development

· Identifying relevant events/trade shows in accordance with budget

· Planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, webinars and external events.

Key Skills & Experience required:

· Ideally degree level Qualified in Marketing and hands on Marketing experience

· Experience of working in a product based organisation ideally within Engineering, Manufacturing or Oil & Gas

· Have experience of B2B marketing

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
