INTERGRATED MARKETING MANAGER

This is a fantastic opportunity working for a leading consumer electronics company working with leading high end products. The role is being responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Duties to include:-
- Own the strategic brand plans and marketing calendar
- Support creation of marketing strategy and initiatives that will lead to building brand equity and driving business results
- Successfully utilise all elements of the marketing mix to develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives across channels, including paid digital, social, influencers, events and PR
- Own the marketing calendar, defining the annual brand plans and detailed monthly activation plan across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with team, particularly the Digital D2C team, and coordinate development of plans, initiatives, campaign concepts and messaging that align with the brands business objectives and brand values
- Manage the end to end campaign process, including planning, execution and performance measurement
- Create GTM plans for new products, engaging relevant stakeholders in the decision making process
- Develop monthly marketing reports and staying up to date with market trends and best practices
- Taking ownership of social media strategy: owned, earned & paid
- Support the team in developing monthly content calendar for all active social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok
- Identify the right partners for the brand and develop collaborative activations with influencers and brand partners to support brand awareness, product launch and sales objectives
- Utilise Facebook community to gain insights and further enhance outbound communication
- Create and deliver best-in-class marketing materials for digital execution
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Support sales team in delivery of customer proposals, creating strong brand engagement and trade partnerships
- Manage of a team of 3 across Social Media and Graphic Design
- Manage external agencies including PR, Media Planning & Creative agencies, Influencers & brand partners
This role will suit someone who is Degree educated and has demonstrable marketing experience across the full marketing mix. In depth knowledge of marketing channels and platforms, including social media, paid media and performance marketing.
