Marketing Manager - New Build Property Developer

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked by a new build residential developer based in Devon to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their company.

They are looking to appoint a Marketing professional to oversee all aspects of their external marketing.

This will include:

- maintaining and creating content for the website, for sales brochures, social media, signage, etc.

- competitor analysis.

- work with, appoint and manage external marketing agencies.

- PR, press releases and internal communications.

- monitoring and reviewing effectiveness of campaigns and making suggestions for future marketing strategies.

You will be a qualified marketing professional, possibly chartered, with either experience in the new homes industry or a strong interest in working in property marketing.
