What will you do?
- Develop and own brand marketing strategy, understanding the brand direction
- Lead on all campaigns with focus on seasonal, NPD
- Work collaboratively with CRM team and their focus on subscriptions
- Manage performance marketing of multiple channels
- Work closely with digital marketing team and external agency
What do you need?
- Robust brand and marketing experience with demonstrable success of growth
- Beauty or D2C consumer goods background is essential
- Experience within a start-up, founder led or SME brand
- The ability to work at a fast pace and spin multiple plates
- Agile mindset and entrepreneurial outlook with an analytical mindset
