Beara Beara is a British independent label of handmade leather bags. We sell our handbags, backpacks and satchels across a variety of e-commerce platforms internationally and from our London store. The brands identity is British vintage style with quality, style and our ethical background being our core usps.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our small team and be involved in the development and implementation of our marketing strategies, to nurture relationships with our audience through our website, social media and relevant third party channels. You will work closely with the MD and Brand Manager on planning the marketing strategy and then be responsible for insuring this is carried through to completion.

Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all social media and marketing channels
• Working with the team to produce assets and content
• Reporting on stats across website, advertising, social and affiliate programs
• Involved in planning and implementing the marketing strategy
• Influencer outreach
• Brand collaboration planning
• Create visuals in-house for social channels and to work with our photographer on larger shoots

Freedom to heavily influence the look and the marketing message of the brand while your self development being supported by your MD.

Who We Are Looking For

The role would suit someone who has 3 years + experience in a similar in-house Marketing Exec role. What is essential is that you bring enthusiasm and ideas to the role along with knowledge of the market. We are looking for someone who is a rising star, who is ambitious, goal orientated while looking to cement their place in a fun and friendly team. Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
