The Role
We are looking for a bright, motivated self-starter to join our team for a fixed term in the role of Marketing Manager. This is a Part Time position (3 days per week) which is responsible for delivering the Company's creative vision and managing our brand identity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience with entertainment distribution at an exciting time of growth for the business. The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills; they should be PR focused, experienced with marketing, advertising and up to speed with the fast pace of changes in the social media space. They will need to have a hands-on approach and enjoy working in a team environment.
The candidate will report into the CEO and will work closely with the Sales and Acquisitions teams.
Key Duties include but are not limited to
- Plan annual marketing strategy and manage annual budget
- Plan Internal and External events and markets (i.e. MIPCOM and London Screenings)
- Responsible for the event and market spend, ensuring that we stay within budget and that we are delivering against CEO's wishes from an Industry visibility perspective
- Supports the sales team with ad hoc marketing campaigns throughout the year
- Responsible for all internal marketing ads, banners, and campaigns, ensuring everything is in line with Company brand ID
- Liaising with Producers to obtain exceptional marketing materials
- Ownership of maintenance of marketing materials data in CRM system
- Manage the website and relationship with supplier - all changes, uploads, approvals, and requests must be approved by this role There will be travel to major TV markets (MIPCOM and MIPTV) in this role
- Manage relationships with external suppliers for graphic design, catalogue creation, events, and press/print ads
- Ah hoc tasks as required

The Candidate
- Experience in a similar role within a content distribution environment
- Strong verbal, written and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative, with a drive to deliver engaging campaigns
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of media campaigns
- Prior experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred
- Excellent communication skills
