Marketing Manager - Retail

We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to work as part of a team who is from a retail background, this will be office based although the client will consider working from home 1 or 2 days a week

Responsibilities as the Marketing Manager

Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement

Leading a team of talented marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Managing the marketing budget and tracking ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources

Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven decisions and optimising campaigns for maximum impact

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role within retail

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven mindset

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
