Step into a role as a Product Marketing Manager!
In a nutshell, this role resides at the crossroads of our customers, our product, and the Joules brand. Serving as the link connecting our Product teams and Marketing Channels, you will have ownership over the Campaign planning process, encompassing seasonal marketing briefs, developing propositions for product categories, and post-campaign analysis. You will be required to position our product USPs with market and key trend insights, whilst capitalising on critical product, customer and calendar moments.
What to expect from a day to day perspective:
Support Senior Campaign Manager in the development of the annual Marketing campaigns calendar with a focus on new seasons and hero product launches.
Partner with Product, Buying and Copy to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
Partner with Product, Buying and Copy to translate technical features into compelling product stories inline with overarching campaigns.
Competitor intelligence – understand the competitive landscape and be the expert on our competition and how they are positioning products.
Create post-campaign analysis reports to monitor, maximise profitability and ensure winning formulas are shared across the business.
Work closely with Product and Buying teams to have a sound understanding of the category priorities and key product attributes.

Location:
This is a full time role based at our Market Harborough office and you will need to be able to be regularly present in the office - 4 days a week.
The ideal candidate:
To really shine within the role of Product Marketing Manager you must be experienced in a similar role with demonstrable experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, be a strong collaborator and have a deep understanding of the fashion and retail industry.
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Experienced in managing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent ability to turn technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Ability to operate across different teams with confidence, collaborating effectively with product, buying, creative and Ecomm partners.
- Fashion / Retail background with an interest in the competitive landscape.
- Strong self-starter, who drives projects end to end.
- Understanding of multi-channel platforms.
- You will need to be an organised and diligent ‘do-er’ with high standards who is comfortable working with all levels across the organisation.
- Knowledge in understanding consumer needs within the retail environment.
- An understanding of marketing channels, techniques, and tools (PPC, Email, Social, SEO, PR) and an interest in data and insight.
- Commercial understanding to inform marketing strategies.
- Able to work cross-functionally and build strong rapport and relationships across teams.
- Excellent people skills and can influence at all levels with a positive attitude.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible in approach and strong on teamwork.
