Are you a Marketing Manager or similar with experience managing a sub-contracting agency looking to become an integral part of a technically exciting, new business experiencing rapid expansion into global markets working with a number of FTSE 100 companies?
In this role you will be managing the marketing output of the subcontracting agency as well as the internal marketing team through setting targets and KPIs. You will be involved in idea creation as well as managing 5/6 trade shows a year and will be working with the directors of the business to maximise user interaction. The role is hybrid remote with 2 days WFH and there is opportunity to create a team and bring more of the marketing side in house, becoming the head of the department.

This role would suit a Marketing Manager or similar from a tech industry background looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role, where they can feel truly appreciated and really make their mark within a technically exciting business.
The Role:

• Manage the output of internal and external marketing teams through setting targets and KPIs
• Create new ideas and set these in to place as well as maximising user interaction
• Organising 5/6 trade shows per annum and dealing with all moving parts within these
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 40 hours a week, 2 days WFH
