Day-to-day of the role:- Create and deploy a marketing strategy for all business units within the group.
- Conduct market research and identify new customers to support business development activities.
- Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies.
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads.
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to produce effective marketing campaigns.
- Leverage marketing resources to build the company brand across all channels.
- Inform customers and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
- Set and manage the group’s marketing budget.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing collateral.
- Work with and manage marketing agencies and freelancers.
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Travel regularly between the various sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong IT skills.
