Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential B2B clients, within business goals and objectives.
- Managing and directing the marketing team of two, with a collaborative and high performance approach.
- Managing lead generation strategies such as telemarketing, digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Overseeing communication channels, including website content, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performances, and ownership of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations which showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Experience & Skills needed:
- Experience within a similar role, ideally with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Analytical approach.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
