Marketing Manager

The Role: 

• You will be working on multiple online and offline marketing channels to reach as many eyes and ears as possible
• You will be mentoring and delegating to a team of executives, and reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer
• You will be watching out for new marketing trends and developing new and innovative ideas for multi-channel marketing campaigns
• You will manage the creation of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
• You will use data and analytical skills to assess the progress of campaigns, and applying this to future strategies to ensure success.

What will give you the edge?

• A strong working knowledge of various marketing channels, both online and offline
• A collaborative, team player attitude and having a genuine passion for marketing
• Demonstrably successful marketing background and track record
• The ability to effectively manage people and maintain a positive and enthusiastic working environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in financial services would be beneficial but is not essential
