SalaryMarketing Manager
Our client, an established, leading provider of Sports & Fitness Equipment, is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the brands' voice, managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital & traditional platforms, and enhancing the customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:
- 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and managing integrated marketing campaigns and/or content strategies.
- Confident in managing budgets & projects with various deadlines.
- Comfortable engaging both digital & traditional marketing components
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Third level qualification in Marketing highly desirable, or equivalent experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish brand voice and visual style to connect and engage with each customer segment.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance content strategy and support company initiatives.
- Manage the Marketing team, working creatively to build brand awareness.
- Optimise the customer experience while maximising revenue generation.
- Nurture relationships with brand ambassadors and partnering agencies/ companies.
- Analyse campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, to optimise and improve campaign performance.
- Identify and prioritise digital marketing objectives, to communicate marketing messages to varied target audiences across multiple platforms.
- Establish initiatives to improve customer retention across all areas of the business.
- Work closely with internal teams in researching opportunities to promote our content and grow our marketing databases.
