The Marketing Operations Intern role will support our marketing and sales teams to improve and enhance our customer database by taking ownership of existing salesforce data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Work together with marketing and sales teams to enrich and cleanse data in Salesforce, ensuring data precision and completeness
- Collaborate with customer success teams to examine and record customer account data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms
- Keeping record of system changes and work with Marketing Operations Reporting manager to schedule data updates
- Help in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing processes and monitor dashboard metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager
About You
- Studying for or recently graduated from Business, Data or Marketing degree
- Highly adept in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and proficiency in data enrichment, reporting and/or dashboard creation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of CRMs and/or Salesforce is a plus
- This is a London based role, and we'd prefer those able to commit to hybrid working - with 1-2 days office attendance per week
