Job description

The Marketing Operations Intern role will support our marketing and sales teams to improve and enhance our customer database by taking ownership of existing salesforce data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with marketing and sales teams to enrich and cleanse data in Salesforce, ensuring data precision and completeness
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to examine and record customer account data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms
  • Keeping record of system changes and work with Marketing Operations Reporting manager to schedule data updates
  • Help in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing processes and monitor dashboard metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager

About You

  • Studying for or recently graduated from Business, Data or Marketing degree
  • Highly adept in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and proficiency in data enrichment, reporting and/or dashboard creation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of CRMs and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • This is a London based role, and we'd prefer those able to commit to hybrid working - with 1-2 days office attendance per week
