We have a fantastic opportunity for the role of a Marketing Process Manager reporting to the Director Marketing Operations. As the Market Process Manager you will be responsible for defining, aligning and embedding key Marketing Processes within the business including marketing planning, budgeting, NPD/NSD, campaign planning, agency management, approvals and lead management process. The purpose of the role is to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing function and processes which involves key stakeholders within the business.
The role is located at our headquarters within Slough site. Working Monday to Friday during normal office hours. (hybrid)

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)
- NPD Process – NPD process facilitation with product team including SOP updates, NPD tracker, gate reviews and communication.
- NSD Process –defining, aligning and embedding the process across cross-functional teams in conjunction with the Service Portfolio director. Ongoing process facilitation, tracking and communications across cross-functional teams.
- Marketing Planning Process – defining strategic planning process and inputs with business lead
- Marketing Budgeting process – leading the budget tracking and reporting for the global marketing budget working closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure discipline and rigour around our marketing investment tracking
- Agency management, selection and ongoing evaluation of Service Level Agreements. Managing quality of briefing process to the agency and assessing the quality and delivery of agency services. Works closely with Procurement and Legal to ensure due diligence in selection and contractual set up of suppliers.
- Lead management process – working with defined project team to optimize and ensure integrity of an aligned process across functional teams including defining and delivering relevant KPI reporting.
- Approvals process – creation and management of creative and content approvals process to ensure timely and relevant milestone delivery for key campaigns
- Strong communication and analytical skills are crucial for this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent data and analytical skills
- Must be able to implement at speed and be detail oriented.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic and flexible environment.
