As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various Marketing Projects and campaigns from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. It is essential that you are able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role is office based out of our HQ on Bennetts Hill.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple Marketing Projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively communicate project status, updates and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products/services and drive customer engagement.
- Coordinate with brands, internal teams, external agencies and vendors to execute campaign deliverables such as advertising, content creation, events and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to optimise future campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, national accounts, sales, fulfilment and creative professionals, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Marketing Projects, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success.
Budget Management:
- Manage Marketing Project budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Track expenses and provide regular updates on budget status to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing Project management or a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Marketing Agency.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics, with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
