We are party of Amazon’s Worldwide Physical Stores &Speciality Fulfilment organisation. We are looking for anmotivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager join in ourbrand team.
In this newly created role, youwill spearhead our international brand and creative marketinginitiatives. Your primary focus will be on project management andstakeholder engagement, working in close collaboration with centraland local teams spanning multiple countries and business units. Youkey role is to facilitate the seamless execution of brand andcreative initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives,promotional plans and marketing strategies. Your responsibilitiesencompass planning, coordinating project resources, monitoringprogress and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the entireproject lifecycle.
You will be an integralpart of our centralized brand, marketing, and customer experiencefunction, which supports Amazon's Ultra-Fast Grocery business. Thisincludes Amazon Fresh delivery, physical store operations, anddeliveries through third-party grocery partners like Morrisons (UK)and Monoprix (FR), among others.
To excel inthis role, you should possess a unique blend of solid projectmanagement skills, proven experience in marketing and strongunderstanding in brand building. We are looking for someone who isenthusiastic about innovating and automating processes to drivegrowth.

Keyjob responsibilities
* Lead the project management ofbrand guideline implementations. Collaborate closely with centraland local teams as well as external agencies to define roadmaps,gather feedback, and ensure comprehensive guideline adoption.
* Take charge of the quarterly planning process for keyseasonal events at an international level. Collaborate with localteams to collect business objectives, promotional plans, dealdetails, key messaging, and country-specific nuances, translatingthem into comprehensive creative briefs.
* Develop andlead the process for identifying and aligning creative assetsneeded for Paid and Owned & Operated marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with our creative production agency tocreate a robust model for providing ongoing design support to localteams, ensuring high-quality, cost-effectiveoutcomes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experiencebuilding, executing and scaling cross-functional programs ormarketing campaigns from concept to completion
-Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determineimprovements
- Experience managing budgets
- 5+years of professional non-internship marketingexperience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS-Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy ofmarketing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau(data manipulation, macros, charts and pivottables)
