Marketing & Sales Executive Gilfresh Produce Ltd is seeking to recruit a Marketing & Sales Executiveto join our sales team within our fast growing FMCG family business. Job Title:Marketing & Sales Executive Department:Sales & Marketing Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing Responsible For: No direct reports Salary: Competitive, depending on experience The person will work within our 3 pillars of People, Planet and Prosperity. The Role: People Work collaboratively within the Sales, Marketing & NPD Department to deliver continued sales success and brand awareness for the business. Work within a high performing culture and in particular: Ensure that Gilfresh Values are applied without exception. Represent Gilfresh and your department in all colleague and customer interactions. Deliver effective and transparent communication, where colleagues and customers are well informed and are aware of any changes that impact production and supply. Oversee day to day marketing activities Develop marketing campaigns and attend food events throughout the UK & Ireland raising awareness of the Gilfresh brand. Act as a Brand Champion and support Gilfresh with a variety of marketing activities and initiatives. Planet Plan, develop and implement marketing communication campaigns using a mix of traditional and digital marketing methods Plan and create marketing assets / collateral eg: brochures, website, social media Proactively create and develop engaging content and campaigns that will digitally connect with consumers and customers Work with external design houses to deliver Gilfresh’s brand proposition Develop a marketing strategy for turning Gilfresh into a household brand by making vegetables more convenient to consumers by bringing them from our fields to their table without compromising on flavour or nutrition. Prosperity To hit and exceed your sales budget through the effective management of your accounts through the creation of a business plan and the overall management of pricing and margin. Analyse marketing data and produce competitor analysis to help Gilfresh communicate our compelling value and sustainability messages. Support the sales team for meetings and events. Make recommendations for media spend and campaign budgets that will drive revenue growth. Ensure Gilfresh continues to be an award-winning business through various marketing initiatives which are aligned to our key business strategies. Focus on our return on investment through monitoring and analysis of social media activity.
