Marketing Systems / Visual Assets Manager

We’ve got an exciting new role within the Group marketing team to look after two portfolios of responsibility:
- Allocate licences and manage user permissions
- Assess requirements for adjustments to workflows, campaign templates, fields, taxonomy to improve ways of working, update the system and communicate changes with the marketing community
- Using internal channels available to run webinars, team meetings, produce documents, videos, email and intranet content to drive positive behaviours
- Chair and build momentum of a group of Regional champions – sharing best practice, learning from each other and further driving improvements and adoption in the regional teams
- Stay abreast of product improvements from Optimizely, and liaise with internal support functions to implement them where necessary
- Manage and improve the Visual Assets library
- Upload and tag assets produced by Group Marketing and drive use of the assets library, and consistency in the quality of assets and associated information – through written guidance, tutorials, spot checks and reporting
- Set up and manage the Group’s community of library editors
- Provide user inductions
- With the Head of production and Head of creative, set and uphold brand guidelines for all imagery and applications
- Liaise with content, digital and graphics teams to understand and meet imagery and video requirements
- Manage supplier relationships, licensing, contracts and invoicing – photo libraries and freelance photographers/videographers/illustrators
- Brief and commission freelance photographers/videographers
- Manage copyright and update records in line with contractual agreements
- Provide guidance and practical support Group Marketing photographic and video projects
- Organise employee photography
- Knowledge of the Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (Welcome) product an advantage Experience in other content marketing scheduling products useful and applicable
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns with multiple deliverables
- Discerning eye and meticulous attention to detail

- Technologically savvy and able to quickly master new tools
- Fast and accurate, able to multi-task and cool under pressure

- Experience in negotiating contracts for software licences and photo libraries
- Strong Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills
