Who will I be working for?

What will I be doing?

You will work with the senior management team directly and through effective sales and marketing activities and responding promptly and efficiently to all sales leads, help them grow the business.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, ensuring regularly posting engaging, appropriate content, relative to the various platforms and audiences.
  • Creation of original social media content and literature, as well as identifying and reposting suitable 3rd party articles that may be of interest to audiences.
  • Identification of, and initial contact with, new potential introducers of business, opening the door for the sales team to establish an ongoing business relationship.
  • Coordinating and managing email campaigns, targeting new business introducers and prospective new clients, through calling campaigns and similar.
  • Managing Google Reviews and Trustpilot, encouraging clients and business introducers to leave reviews.
  • Logging all sales leads onto CRM system and tracking progress, ensuring that the Sales Pipeline Report is always up to date.
  • Keeping new business introducers up to date with the progress of leads introduced.
  • Maintaining CRM database of new business introducers, keeping it up to date at all times.
  • Ensuring that all new introducers complete a the necessary agreement.
  • Running client satisfaction surveys and introducer incentives, with the growing client base.
  • Adhering to, and consistently applying, policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by your Line Manager and the Directors.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Creative flair and the ability to assist in the creation of social media posts and other original content.
  • An excellent understanding of the key social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and how to maximise reach with each one.
  • Business development skills and the ability to contribute to a results-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with new introducers and then assist the sales team in deepening these relationships.
  • The ability to produce professional-looking documents, digital images, emailers, templates etc would be an advantage.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Administration, planning and organising skills with effective time management ability.

What else do I need to know?

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Warwick. Will need to be in the office 4 days per week. This role offers a fantastic opportunity grow and develop with the organisation.
