You will be the first point of contact for incoming referrals, working in a supportive team, that thresholds and decides the best pathways for referrals within tight deadlines in order to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Albeit experience in MASH will definitely give you a head-start, the team is happy to consider you if you have a demonstrable history of assessing and thresholding in a similar paced children’s team.
Social Workers are offered salary ranging £39,186 to £44,428 based on experience.
The package includes:
- welcome payment of £4,000
- an annual retention payment of £2,000
- a relocation package of up to £8,000.
- Flexible working options, generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, and the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year provide added flexibility
