Master Data Analyst - SAP - Hybrid

Our client a world leader in intelligent renewable energy solutions who are forward thinking and have modern working environment are currently looking to recruit for an exciting role of Market Data Analyst SAP. This role is vital to ensure new Vendor and Customer requests are checked and inputted correctly on to the system. Ensuring the current data is accurate and updated when change requests are received. Master Data impacts all areas of the business, and this gives the role holder a chance to communicate with a whole range of departments and other Divisional organisations. There will be an opportunity to liaise and assist other companies in the group moving to SAP in the future who need help and guidance in preparing their data for a smooth transition. The role will also cover the inputting of customs declarations for goods received liaising with Trade Support Service, HMRC.
Responsibilities:
- Govern Supplier and Customer Master Data Objects as they workflow through the change request process.
- Check that maintenance of all Suppliers and Customers Master Data Objects are carried out with a high level of accuracy in accordance with Data Quality Standards focusing on attention to detail of submissions.
- Complete Fresh Service requests within the laid down timescales.
- Produce and Share Data Audits Reports for changes made to Supplier and Customer information in SAP.
- Check items are transacted correctly in accordance with their Data set, reporting irregularities to the Master Data Manager.
- Analyse reports and advise back to the business areas of concern.
- Input TSS Customs declarations to the TSS Portal whilst liaising with Procurement and Tax Finance.
You will need:
- Knowledge of Material Data cleansing
- Proficient user of Microsoft applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Good Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana in Business Partners, Suppliers and Customers areas
- Ability to work methodically through data sets.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good Communicator
- The ability to plan ahead, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives
