Master Data Executive

Working within Master Data and Compliance, you’ll be taking full ownership and responsibility for various aspects of SAP - Master Data Administration within the organisation, as well as certain supply chain/import/export activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing SAP Master Data related to customer accounts, material, and pricing setup and maintenance.
• Maintaining materials in the system with accurate information such as country of origin, commodity codes, lead times, storage locations, and box quantities.
• Collaborating with cross-departmental teams on customer setups, ensuring adherence to processes before build and regular maintenance of data.
• Supporting with price setup and maintenance, ensuring all price changes are reflected in SAP and resolving pricing queries through effective communication.
• Processing credit, debit, and return transactions in the SAP system accurately and communicate processed transactions to relevant teams.
• Supporting with various Improvement Projects.

Experience required/preferred:

• SAP working experience, particularly Master Data transactions
• Previous work experience in supply chain and a good understanding of supply chain processes
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, use of macros.
