An exceptional new instruction from an established manufacturing client and key employer within the area for a Master Data Management Analyst.
For this particular position, we are searching for someone with more experience inputting data rather than analysing data. Ultimately, the MDMA plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and reliable Master Data within the SAP system, which is essential for effective business operations and decision making.
Please be aware our client is happy to consider applicants with less experience, but who can grow into the role.
Applicants must live within a reasonable commute of the Folkestone area, as this offers hybrid working arrangements.
Snapshot of the duties:
The MDMA is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity and quality of Master Data within the SAP system your main responsibilities include:
Data Governance: developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures for maintaining accurate and consistent Master Data
Data Quality Management: ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency across different SAP modules and systems
Data Maintenance: creating, updating, and maintaining Master Data records in SAP, including customer, vendor, and material data
Data Integration: collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Master Data across various business processes and systems
Data Analysis & Reporting: analysing Master Data trends, identifying data quality issues, and generating reports to support decision making
Data Compliance: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Master Data Management
Process Improvement: continuously improving Data Management processes and implementing best practises to enhance data quality and efficiency

Qualifications:
Experience with ERP system, Master Data Management system, or product lifecycle management system
Ideally experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing or other product manufacturing process or processes
Good problem solving capabilities
Strong numeracy skills
Demonstrated communication skills (written and oral)
Strong interpersonal skills required to influence key decision makers within the business functions supported as it pertains to managing Master Data within the company
Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Full clean driving licence
