Your Match Day role

We’re looking for individuals to join our Hospitality team where you will;

*                 Act as the face of the club, within an allocated hospitality area

*                 Give guests a warm welcome and goodbye as they arrive and depart from hospitality areas

*                 Gather feedback from guests within your allocated hospitality area

*                 Create a seamless link between the Hospitality Department, our catering partners and matchday guests

*                 Ensure that guests receive the highest possible standards of service and have an exceptional hospitality experience.

About you

You will have the below skills and experience

*                 Strong communication skills

*                 Previous customer service experience,

*                 The ability to resolve issues on the day.

*                 You will provide a smooth and professional service to all guests in your allocated area, ensuring all their catering needs are met.
