I am currently recruiting for a waste management firm based in East London, for a MBT Control room operator.

This role will be Temp to Perm

Paid weekly in arrears via the HRGO.

Monday - Saturday - pay rate £13.71 per hour.

Control Room Operator - MBT Waste plant

HRGO are supporting our waste client for a MBT Control Room Operator.

• Operator the MBT Process - Make sure reception pits are emptied daily.
• MBT drying halls are cleaned and ready for the next day production.
• Fly management plant - MBT fly management plan is adhered too.
• Assist the night cleaning team by ensuring they have daily tasks and signed off.
• Responsible for the day-to-day acceptance of incoming waste streams
• Control Room Operators must ensure that recycling and diversion targets are met.
• The Control Room checks are in place to monitor productivity.
• H&S
• Daily Checks
• Complete level 1 maintenance tasks
• Liaise with maintenance team to plant uptime.
• Experience working on a production line.
• Understand the MBT process.
• Understand environmental impact of MBT process.
• KPI
