The Role
- Lead site-based teams to effectively deliver M&E projects, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Oversee resources, including staff, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, while managing budgets, margins, and costs.
- Attend meetings to track and report on-site progress, addressing technical queries or variations as they arise.
- Continuously monitor and report project costs against budgets, promptly addressing any concerns.
- Supervise a diverse team of operatives daily, ensuring consistent progress and resolving issues as needed.
- Provide technical and commercial leadership, guidance, and direction to mechanical and electrical teams.
- Create materials and plant lists, assess quotations, and review them before ordering.
- Conduct valuations and supply payment information to the head office.
- Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure performance, quality, and value.
- Regularly visit sites, complete progress reports, and take necessary actions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
