At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for E-Bike and E-Scooter Mechanic Lead to work with an important micromobility company in Milton Keynes. Leading smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.
Shift Patterns:
* Monday-Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm
Pay Rates
* £13-£14 depending on experience
As a E-Bike and E-Scooter Mechanic Lead you will need to have:
1 at least 18 years old
2 practical skills navigating and using apps
3 ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 35kg on a frequent basis
4 to respond to various tasks as they are assigned
5 willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others
6 background or previous experience in PEV (e-bike, e-scooter etc) mechanics (qualifications such as Cytech level 2 or similar hugely advantageous)
7 Previous workshop team lead or management experience
Role of a E-Bike and E-Scooter Mechanic Lead:
1 Meet daily repair targets to keep the fleet functioning
2 Keep warehouse and workplace a clean and safe environment for all
3 Other tasks inside the workshop as required
4 Repair ebikes and possibly escooters to expected standards using officially supplied parts
5 Manage and lead the small team of mechanics
6 Help organizing the workshop and keep it up to company health, safety and performance standards and expectations
