Hybrid Asset Solutions Ltd is a growing electrical solutions company based in Swinton, Manchester.

We specialise in Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and projects to Build to Rent (BtR) operators across the UK. BtR is a rapidly growing industry and Hybrid Asset Solutions work alongside some of the UK’s biggest operators.

We are looking for an ambitious M&E Office Admin who is looking to progress their career to assist us with existing work across our commercial customer portfolio.

The buildings we work in are prestigious and our clients rely on our service, site reports and workmanship to provide their tenants with quick response times to issues and transparency in service.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Booking in engineer visits

- Putting together quotes for remedial works across Mechanical and Electrical jobs

- Reviewing maintenance reports to see required actions for customers

- Carrying out administrative duties for the Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors

- Liaising with the FM team on labour availability

The successful candidate will have experience in working in a face paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Experience in the Electrical and/or mechanical industries would be beneficial.
