Mechanical Design Engineer

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Manchester.

This role is on a permanent basis and is hybrid-based.

This role is for a dynamic Mechanical Design Engineer-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Managing all mechanical aspects of the projects
• Production of Mechanical Design and specifications including but not limited to Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, Functional Design Specifications, Technical Specifications, Schematic Drawings, Detail Drawings,

We're looking for people who can show:

• HNC/D or degree qualified in mechanical engineering, with a focus on generation.
• Exposure to power generation, pipework and ventilation design, CDM and health & safety.
• Technical Management and development of Energy Projects
• Packages and experience using AutoCAD 3D or equivalent
