Offering/Package:
- 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Flexi)
- Up to £38,000 per annum (Annual review and increase).
- 30 days + bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Drawing:
- Create precise technical drawings from solid part and assembly models.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced Mechanical Designer to ensure accuracy.
CAD Design:
- Modify existing CAD designs and contribute to new part and assembly designs.
- Progress into designing conveyor machines as the role expands.
SolidWorks Proficiency:
- Minimum of 1 year of workplace experience with SolidWorks
Engineering Skills:
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
- Familiarity with welding types and symbols.
Large Assemblies/Sub-Assemblies:
- Experience with large assemblies and sub-assemblies advantageous.
File Format Adaptability:
- Handle modifications to solid part and assembly files, especially those available in STEP format.
Future Skills (Not Essential):
- Some understanding of hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks Simulation for Static Structural Analysis.
Travel Requirements:
- Car ownership beneficial for occasional nationwide customer site visits.
Adaptability and Work Environment:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in a lively and informal office setting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of SolidWorks experience in a workplace setting.
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
