SalaryThe main focus for the Mechanical Engineer is to ensure the operation and condition of site assets are maintained according to the requirements of the client.
The Role:
- To carry our all PPM checks and scheduled maintenance procedures on all site Heat/Plumbing plant and associated systems and services.
- Attend 1st line reactive response within the time to any faulty assets, to diagnose and rectify the fault when possible.
- Ordering of replacement parts.
- Perform remedial, upgrades, retrofits and replacements work as authorised and instructed
- Work closely with Service Desk and assist with other engineers as and when required.
- Maintain professional Interaction with the client
- Experienced working with Pressurisation units, pressure vessels and AHU s.
- 5 years experience working in building servicing.
- Experienced in customer service with good communication skills and eager to learn.
- Level 2/3 Diploma Plumbing and Heating
- Full UK drivers Licence
- H&S Qualification / Training
