We are looking for Mechanical Engineers who are keen to join a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team of property professionals.
You will design and facilitate the delivery of planned mechanical services improvements, repairs, and maintenance across a range of public buildings throughout Hampshire.
Undertake effective client liaison to provide advice on mechanical services matters and responding to defects, identified faults and emergency situations to organise remedial solutions. Ensuring that buildings and sites are safe to occupy and remain open to deliver their essential services.
The work is varied as Hampshire County Council has an extensive portfolio of properties including libraries, museums, country parks, schools, care homes, offices, activity centres, farms and also supports external clients. The property portfolio ranges from new builds through to ancient scheduled monuments and listed buildings.
