The successful Mechanical Fitterwill support the business to achieve Production Schedule targets in a hands-on role to complete assembly of Titan and Conslitter systems.
This role involves;
- Health and Safety demonstrated by compliance to all health and safety, and emergency procedures
- Requirements of Personal Protective Equipment protocols always demonstrated by correct use of protective equipment by all employees
- Be fully conversant and compliant with Company policies, procedures and specifications in order to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
- Assemble and fit mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components as per Bills of Material, Drawings and Specifications of Company Products.
- Control through best practices, the quality of machines on build
- Immediate communication of issues, delays and shortages to Production Supervisors.
- Contribute to ways that the department's quality and efficiency can be improved and take part in improvement projects.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in accordance with 5S principles.

- Work experience or Apprenticeship within relatable industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high-level of self-confidence and self-motivation with the ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
- Educated to Level 3 NVQ (or qualified by experience).
