The Opportunity
Based at our Cauldon Low Quarry in Staffordshire, we now have an excellent new oppourtunity within our engineering team for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter. Where with a choice of hours you’ll either cover Monday-Friday days, 06:00-14:00 or 09:00-17:00, with overtime readily available for afternoons and weekends for vital work which cannot be carried out during the da
You’ll be a part of our engineering team attending reactive maintenance on varied heavy plant equipment such as mobile crushing and screening equipment. Additionally, you’ll work on PPM’s to help keep machinery downtime to a minimum.
Who you are
You’ll have a background in mechanical work, from industrial environments or transferable such as the forces or HGV mechanical repairs.
You'll ideally hold an existing Level 2 qualification, however this is not essential as full training and education support is availiable.
You'll enjoy the outdoors and are happy to spend your working there.
