Metalis are currently working alongside a specialist engineering business based within Chesterfield, who due to expansion are looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Mechanical assembly, stripping down and repairing of electrical motors and gearboxes
• Fixing of pumps
• Testing of equipment
• Adhering to health and safety regulations
• Use of hand & power tools

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a mechanical assembly or fitting role
• Experience working with Pumps & Motors
• Hands on and supportive of wider business
• Wanting a long-term career

Working Hours:

• Days only
• Monday - Friday. 08:00 - 16:00.
• GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 (dependent on experience)
• Permanent Opportunity
