Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter looking for a permanent, full time role with training and plenty of overtime on offer within an industry-leading organisation that specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke precast concrete products?

You will take a proactive role maintaining equipment within their manufacturing plant to ensure that operations run smoothly so the company can supply high-quality products on time.

They are the UK's leading specialist in precast concrete products primarily supplying to the building industry. They manufacture bespoke precast concrete products from the initial design stage through to the completion of the project their expert team offer comprehensive support and advice.

You will work directly with the Maintenance Manager to carry out preventative Mechanical Maintenance daily and the installation of new equipment as required.

The Role:

• Maintaining equipment working on pumps, motor box bearings, conveyor belts
• Monitor all machinery and ancillary plant during production, completing relevant paperwork
• Perform fault diagnostics on electrical and hydraulic systems of heavy plant machinery
• Conducting preventative and planned maintenance on the sites Plant
• Dealing with plant break downs
• Carry shut down preparatory work
• Working with engineering contractors as required
• Use knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to maintain equipment

• Mechanical Maintenance Fitter
