Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Doncaster to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader.

Salary - GBP52,400

Working hours:

Wednesday & Thursday 9am 9pm (days)

Friday & Saturday 6pm 6am (nights)

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader include:

• Hands on preventative and reactive maintenance on heavy industry machinery.
• Leading and developing a small team of Mechanical Maintenance Engineers.
• Organising the work for the team.
• Supporting the team with any complex breakdowns.
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.

We would be keen to speak to Maintenance Team Leaders who have the following:

• Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working in a heavy industry environment.
• Experience of leading a small team of Mechanical Maintenance Engineers.
