An excellent opportunity has arisen for Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based in Central London.
With a turnover approaching £60m, the company provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to the banking and commercial sectors, with project values ranging from £250k up to £5m.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, and will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the projects assigned to them, from conception through to completion.
Remuneration Package - Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager:
- Base salary: £70,000 to £85,000 depending on experience

Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager - Key Activities will include:
- Oversee and manage projects from conception through to completion
- Management of site team
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Production of Risk and Method Statements
- Management of the commissioning activities
Relevant Qualifications in subjects such as Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing and Heating etc would be desirable, but not essential.
