Alice Rose is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer. Our client is the leading property services provider across the globe who are looking to expand their existing maintenance team on a commercial site in Central London.

The successful Mechanical Shift Engineer will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on pumps, fans, plant rooms, VAV, FCU’s, AHU’s and other requirements the company needs to be done.

Mechanical Shift Engineer Duties:

• Proven track record in building maintenance ideally within a residential environment.
• Commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
• FCU's, AHU’s
• Pressurisation units
• Cooling towers
• Must have a strong background in pumps and seal repairs
• HIU and CIU maintenance experience
• BMS Head End Controls
• HVAC plant
• More specifically experience on CHP, Absorption chillers, Vacuum waste / toilets, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Chilled beams would be beneficial.

This role is paying up to £44,000 per annum based on experience. There are also opportunities to progress as the company are always expanding. In addition to this you will be receiving training. This role is a continental sift patter.

Mechanical Shift Engineer Qualifications:

• Apprentice Trained
• Mechanical Qualifications - City Guilds or NVQ Level or Equivalent
• Building Services knowledge Experience
• Solid site experience on a commercial site
