Greeting in a pleasant and friendly manner all callers at reception. Answering the telephone quickly and dealing with or redirecting enquires. Running the appointment system including making appointments and encouraging patients to use the check in system. Registering new patients including ensuring the Practice guidelines are followed for acceptance of new patients and all paperwork is in order.
