SalaryGardenia and Marsh Farm GP Practice is looking for a receptionist/Administrator to support our current team of 9 Medical Receptionists who are trained and well supported and lead by our two experienced senior receptionists. We are a Three Partner GP Practice with a patient list size of 13,900 which is very busy.
The team is lead by the three Partners and the Practice Manager. The leadership team also consists of two Senior Receptionist and a Lead Nurse.
We are looking for a Medical Administrator who is able to work well under pressure in calm manner and strongly support the Practice Manager with regards collating information for compliance, staff training and development, complaints . This position will be administrative support to the management team. This position is 25 hours a week.
The post will be working Monday to Friday 09.30-14.30, determined and set in line with our business needs. The hours will be regular and the same every week, we may ask to do some overtime inline with our organisational requirements. Gardenia and Marsh Farm Practice is happy to accept applications from candidates with no previous experience, as it is willing to train the right candidate. The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft packages including Excel.
The position will be fixed term but may convert into a permanent position should the Practice find that this new position fits in well with it's structure.
