Job description
Carry out reception, telephone and clerical duties competently and efficiently. Provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other health personnel. Receive, assist and direct patients in a courteous, efficient and effective manner. Provide general assistance to the surgery team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors either in person or on the telephone..

5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent.Excellent Communication skills.Keyboard Skills; computer Literacy; Experience of Microsoft Office Package. , Relevant experience in an administrative role within a Healthcare setting e.g. GP Surgery, Hospital or Community Pharmacy.Experience in Emis Web desirable but not essential.
